The Horticultural Code of Conduct became law on the 14th May 2007 as a prescribed mandatory industry code under the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes – Horticulture) Regulations 2010 and updated in 2017.

The Horticultural Code of Conduct requires Louis Melbourne to maintain and publish Terms of Trade.
